Robin's journey to Commercial Real Estate has been uniquely shaped by a diverse background and a thirst for knowledge. Raised in five different states—Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, Oregon, and California—his nomadic upbringing instilled adaptability and a broad perspective, qualities that now define his professional approach. After earning an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, in 2012, Robin embarked on an unconventional path. He relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a master’s degree in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California (USC).
Following his graduation from USC in 2013, Robin relocated to Orange County from the LA area, where he entered the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry. He contributed his expertise to companies like Clinipace Worldwide, Medtronic, and INC Research, all while nurturing aspirations for Medical/Dental School. A pivotal moment in 2015 prompted a shift toward real estate, a decision that resonated profoundly.
Currently pursuing another master’s degree in real estate ('25 Candidate) at the University of San Diego, Robin has seamlessly integrated his scientific background with a passion for real estate. He finds fulfillment in guiding clients through the intricacies of deals, establishing enduring business relationships, and witnessing the satisfaction of clients whose needs are met. To date, Robin has played a pivotal role in negotiating over $100 million in lease and sale transactions, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Robin has been an active contributor to social causes, serving as a Leadership Board Member for the American Lung Association from 2018-2020—a cause close to his heart since 2013.
His multifaceted interests extend beyond real estate; Robin is an avid writer, fitness enthusiast, and a passionate traveler. Committed to continual personal and professional growth, he authored an Amazon e-book titled Peace of Mind: Your Most Precious Asset.
